Puyallup (Wash.) offensive guard Joshua Garnett, the nation's top-ranked guard prospect, said earlier this week he'd be trimming his list this week.

On Friday night, Garnett released the schools still in contention.

"I've got my top 11 list ready," said Garnett. " Stanford, California, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Auburn, Nebraska, Oregon, USC, UCLA and Washington."

The UnderArmour All-American was named the MVP at the Washington Nike Football Training Camp last Sunday.

He is a five-star prospect by Scout.com.

Brandon is in his seventh year with Scout.com, currently as the National Recruiting Analyst and West Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Scout Recruiting Team, he was a team recruiting writer.  He's been covering recruiting for the Scout Network since 2003.
