Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) four-star offensive lineman Ronnie Stanley will make his college announcement at his school Thursday.
He is expected to chose from Notre Dame, Arkansas and Nebraska.
"I am committing to a school (Thursday) during the day at Bishop Gorman," Stanley wrote on Facebook. "I won't know what time until (Thursday) morning but most likely around 2 p.m. Hope to see everyone there."
He texted Scout.com to say it is looking more likely he will do it at 2 p.m. PST, but it won't be finalized until the morning.
The 6-foot-6, 286-pound Stanley, who is the 14th-rated offensive tackle in Scout.com's class, visited Notre Dame over the weekend.
In breaking down each school, he mentioned the first thing that came to mind about each school in an interview with Scout.com's Inna Lazarev earlier this week.
Arkansas: “Game day atmosphere.”
Nebraska: “I really like the coaching staff.”
Notre Dame: “The tradition.”
The announcement was set with Stanley having an in-home visit with Notre Dame set for Thursday night.
