Offers To Date: Notre Dame, Michigan, California, Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon State, San Jose State, UCLA, Washington, Washington State.

Strengths

Strong explosive player who uses brute strength with quickness to gain advantage. Plays with a high motor.

Weakness

Shows great quickness, however, needs better balance and work on initial first step.

Overall

High motor player who can win battles on the line but also use quickness to gain an advantage. Best football is still ahead of him as he continues to work on his techniques on and off the field.

Early Thoughts

As Irish fans know getting players from the west coast is never easy. However, Vanderdoes has no problem looking to get off the coast and could be a prospect the Irish is able to earn a pledge from in the coming months. Really like what Vanderdoes shows on the field and see him as a player in the same mold as Sheldon Day.
