Blue Team – Offense
Head coach Brian Kelly offered this week that each of his four quarterbacks will wear blue jerseys (rather than protective red as in the past) and thus be susceptible to hits throughout the contest.
Quarterback: Seniority rules with Rees, Hendrix, Golson, and Kiel appearing with the offense, respectively.
Wide Receivers/Slot: The Irish operated with a skeleton crew for much of the spring session. Three incoming freshmen join the unit this summer.

Running Backs: With Roberson still recovering from ACL and LCL surgery last April, look for Atkinson to carry the load after Wood and Riddick shine early.
Tight Ends: Eifert (All-American), Niklas (concussion/illness) and Golic (reportedly ill) will play sparingly if at all. The ongoing Welch/Koyack battle will therefore be on display.
Offensive Linemen: Two join the crew during the summer. Battles to watch today are at right guard and right tackle, though Lombard seems to have solidified the latter late in the spring session.
