Will Fuller of Roman Catholic High (Philadelphia) picked up an offer from Notre Dame in the wake of the NCAA sanctions at Penn State, and today he flipped his commitment to the Irish.
The 6-foot-1, 165-pound Fuller originally committed to Notre Dame following a visit to campus,
"I committed," Fuller texted FOXSportsNEXT.
Fuller also wrote on his Facebook page "Committed to the University of Notre Dame. Talking about opportunities!!!!"
Fuller was traveling home from Notre Dame Sunday. He is coming off a junior season in which he caught 76 passes for 760 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Fuller was at Penn State last weekend and said he was going to remain committed to Penn State, but changed his mind mid-week and visited Notre Dame for Saturday's first practice.
After receiving an offer from the Irish late last month, he told FOXSportsNEXT, "“(Notre Dame) or Penn State is where I wanted to go before I committed Penn State, but Notre Dame didn’t offer until now."
