Notre Dame has huge presence in the final Scout300 rankings, including a jump by committed outside linebacker Jaylon Smith to No. 3 overall and committed offensive tackle Mike McGlinchey moving up 139 slots to No. 90 overall.
Overall, 16 of Notre Dame’s 23 committed prospects are in the Scout300. The Irish have the third-rated recruiting class in the nation.
Smith is the only five-star prospect committed to the Irish, but the strength in the class is a mixture of high-end talent and depth.
The Irish have six commits ranked in the Top 100, and 14 are rated in the Top 200. Seven players are rated in the Top 10 at their position.
