Pasco DL a very good pass rusher

Pasco High opponents dealt a lot with Florida-bound Joey Ivie this past season and next year the kid they're going to have to deal with is Jacob Morphew, who turned in a very good performance at the Step It Up Combine in Orlando last weekend.

Jacob Morphew says he played defensive tackle, alongside Ivie, as a junior this past season. He finished the year with 44 tackles and two sacks. His future position is at defensive end, however, because he's such a skilled pass rusher. At 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, Morphew is tough, strong, and very quick off the ball. He has a chance to have a really strong senior season, and is a player to keep an eye on.
