Crum Jr. sets visit to Notre Dame

Maurice Crum Jr. has set an official visit to Notre Dame. The 6-1, 210-pound linebacker has finished his season and is focusing on recruiting. Where do the Irish stand? Who is the competition?

Maurice Crum Jr. has finsihed his season. "Our season is over," said Crum Jr. "I don't have my stats yet. My Coach hasn't finished them yet. He should have them next week if you want to call back."

Maurice has sent a few unofficial visits. "I'm visiting Notre Dame December 12-13th. I'm also visiting Georgia Tech on January 10th. I know I'll visit Pittsburgh as well."

Crum Jr. says he's not sure what he'll do with his remaining two visits. "I might go to Tennessee. They haven't offered yet, but they call all the time and want me to visit. I might not take a fifth visit. I really don't know what I'm going to do."

The Irish have been keeping in contact with him. "I talkd to Coach Miles this week. He said he will be down here this week and will stop by the school. I've talked to Coach Simmons a few weeks ago. He was a real nice guy. I haven't spoken to Coach Willingham yet. They are one of my favorites."

Comments: The Irish look real good for Crum Jr. He seems very interested and the Irish have set the visit. We'll just have to wait and see what happens after his visit. He seems like a guy who will commit once he knows where he wants to go.
