Maurice Crum Jr. Commits to Notre Dame

Tampa linebacker Maurice Crum Jr. committed to Notre Dame over the weekend. The 6-1, 210-pound linebacker becomes the ninth known commitment to Notre Dame.

Maurice Crum Jr. said he committed to Tyrone Willingham on his visit this weekend. "It went great, I committed. I loved my visit there."

Crum Jr. said it was an overall feeling for him that made him decide. "I liked everything about it. I had a great time, and I felt I could spend the next four years there easily. I wanted to come to Notre Dame."

Maurice said he was also very impressed with Tyrone Willingham. "He made a great impression. He's definitely a guy I want to play for, and a well-respected man."
