Anytime a team loses a two-point game in triple overtime, there’s going to be some second-guessing. In Notre Dame’s 46-44 defeat to Navy in three extra sessions, the Irish were unable to convert a two-point conversion when Travis Thomas was stuffed a few yards short of the goal line. But two calls on field goals in regulation have been the most scrutinized moves in the loss.
