Notre Dame fans have been debating scheduling techniques for some time now. One camp is of the belief that the Irish will need to earn their way to a BCS National Championship Game by navigating through their traditionally grueling schedule while the other argues that it is unrealistic to expect Notre Dame to make it through such a gauntlet unscathed.
