The 6-3, 320-pound defensive tackle prospect is one of four D1 prospects at Bishop McDevitt high school in Harrisburg, Pa. Kates has said he plans to make a number of unofficial visits this summer, and we caught up with Kates on Wednesday to see if he’s made his plans yet for his unofficial visits. Will Kates be visiting Notre Dame soon?
