		By Jeff Baumhower Date: Nov 17, 2005 Wide receiver prospect Richard Jackson of East Ridge high school (Clermont, Fla.) will announce his decision to attend Notre Dame today on ESPN. Jackson is the 21st known commitment for Notre Dame’s 2006 recruiting class. No. 22 could come later today.
