Devon Torrence		By Mike Frank Date: Feb 15, 2006 The state of Ohio is known for it’s high school football. Every year Ohio produces top D1 talent and 2006 won’t be any different. One player that has caught my eye is athlete Devon Torrence. I recently watched some highlight film of Torrence and here are my thoughts of this star athlete.
