Robert Hughes		By Mike Frank Date: Jan 23, 2007 Chicago, Ill. running back Robert Hughes became Notre Dame's 19th known verbal commitment when he announced earlier this evening his intention to sign with Notre Dame this February. The 5-foot-11, 230-pound running back chose the Irish over Illinois.
