Averin Collier was all set to come in for Notre Dame’s recent junior day, but realized at the last minute, a basketball conflict would keep him in New York. Churchville-Chili’s standout running back got in touch with Irish assistant coach Ron Powlus, whom he texts with on a daily basis, to let him know he’d have to reschedule.
