By Steve Wiltfong Date: Dec 26, 2007 Chris Harper thought the recruiting process was all over when he slipped on that Kansas State hat on Dec. 17, picking the Wildcats over Notre Dame, Oregon, Illinois and Missouri, at a local press conference. However, a week later, the four-star athlete out of Wichita, Kan., reopened his recruitment after Kansas State’s offensive coordinator James Franklin left the program.
