Spencer Is Open

		By Jeff Baumhower Date: Feb 23, 2010 Evan Spencer from Vernon Hills High School (Ill.) is one of the top wide receivers in the country and he’s also one of Notre Dame's targets for the 2011 recruiting class. Spencer made a visit to Notre Dame last fall and he plans on returning to South Bend in a couple weeks.
