2006: All-Big 12 honorable mention by the Big 12 coaches... became the starter after Adrian Peterson was injured, then missed the Texas Tech and Baylor games due to injury ... exceeded 100 yards in four games with a best of 173 on 32 carries at Texas A&M ... long rush of 65 yards went for a touchdown on the first snap of the second half at Oklahoma State ... a standout on special teams before taking on a central role as a running back ... was credited with four tackles.
2005: Converted from defensive back to running back early in the season ... got his first carries in game four vs. Kansas State ... carried 15 times for 49 yards against Baylor ... had three attempts for 42 yards, including a 28-yard touchdown, against Texas A&M ... logged three carries for 31 yards in the Oklahoma State game and scored the first touchdown of the game on a 27-yard sprint ... two of his four receptions came in the Kansas game ... his longest catch, a 12-yarder, came against Baylor ... had four kickoff returns for 69 yards with a long of 31 against Oregon in the Holiday Bowl ... credited with eight tackles and one fumble recovery (Baylor) as a special teams standout.
