| Biography: |
| Had 60 receptions for 948 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior. Was an All-Conference selection in both his sophomore and junior seasons. He benches 295-pounds, squats 315 and has a 38-inch vertical jump.
Final senior (6-5) season stats: 64 catches for 1,151 yards and 13 touchdowns
He says he wants to major in sports broadcasting and reports a 3.3 core GPA and got a 17 ACT on his retake after originally scoring a 16. Prater will be graduating in December and plans to enroll in college in the spring.
Prater: “I’m a playmaker. I have great speed and can go up and get the ball. I do all the little things well. I’m the type of receiver that can do it all.
“I’m working on running routes and improving my footwork. I want to get stronger and be more explosive with the ball.”
